Payments

Refund Policy

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate and irreversible termination of your access to the program.
Access Issues: Temporary access issues do not qualify for refunds. Contact our support team for assistance.
Overcharge Exceptions: Refunds are only issued for clear errors resulting in duplicate payments.
