Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order, unless digital products (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).
The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

The Owner does not send payment if the total commission due to you is not at least $30 USD.

6. Financial Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for any and all taxes payable in relation to commissions received under the affiliate program.
7. Anti-Spam Policy
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding spam, including the CAN-SPAM Act.
Unsolicited promotional emails or messages are strictly prohibited.
8. Trademarks and Copyrights

9. Termination

13. Indemnification

14. Relationship of the Parties
